This is a HUGE SEX ADDICTION whether you know it or not! I am trying to help others to take steps to reduce this problem but you need to help yourself as well! Ask yourself how many times are you really looking at pornography in a day, week and month.

If you are depressed, lonely, angry or don't care then their is a reason for it! I have seen SO many families broken down by this only ending up in broken relationships, divorce, and finger pointing through anger.

Pornography is NOT normal but a true addiction! Your life will seem to get worse. I have seen it first hand. If things are starting to go bad for you, then there is a reason!

Start with a Internet Porn Filter and learn about treating this desease through the 12 steps program to reduce this and remember it's important to just take one step at a time and don't beat yourself up. This is an addiction and addictions takes time.

One of the first steps toward recovery is educating yourself about your disorder. That requires you to first admit you have a sexual addiction, and then be open to learning ways to break it.

Step One: We admitted we were powerless over addictive sexual behavior - that our lives had become unmanageable...
Ask yourself these questions. Do you have a sense of shame and guilt because of the things you’ve been doing?

Step Two: Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity

Step Three: Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood God.

Find something meaningful and Important to you! Find God or a higher power to seek and put this out of Your control.

Porn will fill you up with so much Guilt, which will make you feel dirty, shameless, depressed...You need to take action on your addiction!!

Step Four: Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

If we don't think this is a problem, think of the finances you went through to purchase Porn and used it to hide a video hidden in the bottom drawer, or a magazine under the mattress.or worse yet finding it online. Today, it's part of everyday life.

Step Five: Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

Have you really done this yet? What would happen if you did? What kind of consequences do you think there would be? Divorce, losing children, family, jail, embarrasement, loss of job...This list could go on and on. We have to get the truth out and quit hiding from this.

Step six: Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

I know you want to change. You want a new beginning. Get rid of pornography and addiction and find a much better life.

Step Seven: Humbly asked God to remove our shortcomings.

The pervasiveness of porn has made sexiness — from subtle to raunchy — a much-sought-after attribute online, at school and even at work. It now serves as a kind of wallpaper, something that many people don't even notice anymore....

Step Eight: Made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.

This list can be long or short. Just list anyone (doesn't matter who) and don't hide anyone just because you haven't talked to that person in awhile..

Step Nine: Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

Some prefer to even write it down in a letter. As long as it is some form of communication. Just the mere act of letting your friends or family or acquaintance know of how you feel may have hurt them.

Step Ten: Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

This is a stepping process. We may stumble a bit but continued honesty with yourself is important.

Step Eleven: Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood God, praying only for knowledge of God's will for us and the power to carry that out.

Step Twelve: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other sex addicts and to practice these principles in our lives.
